By using TalkForms, you confirm you can form a binding agreement in your country and you agree to these Terms.

• You’re responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may not use TalkForms on behalf of someone else unless you’re authorized to do so.

TalkForms drafts plans based on what you share. Please review outputs before you act on them.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to TalkForms (including prompts, files, and inputs). You must have the rights to submit that content and allow us to process it to provide the service.

• Don’t submit content that violates laws or others’ rights.
• Don’t upload confidential data you’re not allowed to share.
• You’re responsible for how you use and share any generated plans.

You agree not to misuse TalkForms. For example, you must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or overload the service.
• Probe, scan, or test the system for vulnerabilities.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass usage limits or controls.
• Use TalkForms for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

TalkForms offers free and paid plans, including a credit system for generating outputs and accessing certain features.

• Paid subscriptions may renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Billing information (such as your email, billing status, and transaction identifiers) may be processed for invoicing, fraud prevention, compliance, and customer support.
• Credit availability, limits, and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time. If you run out of credits, credit-based features may be paused until credits renew or you purchase more.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you may retain access until the end of your current billing period.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the plan and payment provider policies.
• Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly.

You may stop using TalkForms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or posed a security risk.

You can request account deletion by contacting support.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of TalkForms, and we may update these Terms from time to time.

• If changes are material, we’ll try to provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting on the site).
• Continued use of TalkForms after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
